Here is the blank page I started off with!

I wanted to utilize this space for my mental health, for sure. This is what I came up with as far as remembering to take my meds, identifying my triggers, and remembering to do self care things for my emotional health.

In-depth trigger tracker: list date or event in banner and list emotional responses on bulleted list. Use the circles to rate the emotion level on a scale of 1-5.
